We ship worldwide, please refer to the shipping charges listed below:
- Standard Shipping in Continental USA - Orders over \$45.00 are shipped for FREE. Purchase as much or as little as you wish from us, but orders under $45.00 are charged \$4.99 per address for Shipping and Handling. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Standard Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska - Same rates as above, except all orders to areas outside continental United States will incur a $4.99 surcharge. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Ground Shipping to Canada and UK- All orders to Canada and UK are charged \$11.99 for Shipping and Handling. We use US Postal Service for all shipments. For special shipping instructions, please contact us.
- Express / Overnight Orders US Only - We will be happy to expedite your shipment. Orders received prior to 12:00 Noon on a business day and provided that we have the products in stock, can be forwarded next day delivery to a verified shipping address for $39.95

Dear shopper, Your safety is important to us. All transactions at Cosmetics Bag Online are protected by secure server software (SSL encryption) and cannot be accessed by anyone else. We also promise not to distribute your personal information to anyone else for any reason.
Returns
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are intact. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only. Or if the product was sent to you in error by our staff. In all other cases not covered with above mentioned a restocking fee of 20% will apply. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the following address: Attention Returns, Cosmetics Bag Corp. 50 Dey St., 3rd floor, Jersery City, NJ 07306. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.

Cosmetics Bag will make every effort to respond to your concerns, feedback and order information within 24 hour period. Inventory
As a major US and International Distributor of Cosmetic Products, we keep most of the merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We do our best to ship all the products within 2-4 business days. In rare cases, the products are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for credit or replacement.
Back Order
Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email.
Local and International Shipping Policies:
PLEASE NOTE! If your order contains nail polish, SOS nail care products, perfumes and / or colognes it can not be shipped overnight as FAA regulations prohibit flammable/hazardous goods on board of the aircraft. If you need your package delivered as soon as possible please call our office at 1 866 834 7880 and someone will be happy to assist you on this matter.
Import Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Cosmetics Bag Corp. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
- Returns & Replacements
- We hope that you will find our selections to your satisfaction and be amazed that you can
actually own all of 107 of our nailpolish colors without breaking your wallet.
We guarantee our products against defects and damages and will gladly exchange or
refund your purchase in this case. We however are not able to exchange or refund
money for opened or used color cosmetics and frangrances. Should you be less than happy with
anything else you have ordered from us, please return it within 45 days of purchase
and we will refund your purchase or send you a replacement product.
In the event of damaged shipment, please notify us by calling us at 1 (866) 834-7880 9a.m. to 5 p.m. EST or via email to customerservice@cosmeticsbag.com within 5 days of delivery to you. Retain the shipping carton and merchandise until you receive instructions from us. In order for a claim to be considered you must contact our office for further instructions.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time that we receive your return to issue a refund or replace your products - Ordering
